The same applies to days when operations are suspended due to natural disasters and other necessary closure days.
II.
Visitor Guidelines
To Ensure the Safety of Exhibits and the Quality of Your Visit, Please Adhere to the Following Guidelines:
- i Do not bring food, beverages, fruits, plants, animals (except certified guide dogs), hazardous items, umbrellas, skateboards, children's walkers, bicycles, etc., into the museum.
- ii Smoking is prohibited in all indoor and outdoor areas. No eating, drinking, chewing betel nuts, or chewing gum inside the museum.
- iii Please refrain from spitting, littering, gambling, playing cards, horseplay, drinking alcohol, or engaging in disruptive behavior.
- iv Large items or luggage should be stored in lockers.
- v Flash, tripods, and selfie sticks are prohibited when taking photos. Wedding or artistic photography is not permitted.
- vi Do not touch or damage exhibits and facilities.
- vii The temperature and lighting are kept low to preserve the artifacts in the museum. Please take note of safety.
- viii Children under 7 years old are advised to be accompanied by an adult.

Guided Tour Reservation
Individual visits
You may visit on your own during opening hours; no reservation is required. This section applies to groups of 10 or more.

- Eligible for AppointmentsGroups of 10–30 people.
- Appointment TimeApplications must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the visit. Time slots and availability are limited; registration will close once capacity is reached.
- How to Make a ReservationPlease send us an email specifying the date, time, and number of people for your reservation. You must call to confirm in order to complete the reservation request.
- Tour Times20 to 40 minutes.
- Check in on timePlease check in at the exhibition hall at your scheduled time. We will hold your reservation for 30 minutes; if you are late, the guided tour will be canceled. If you fail to show up for three consecutive reservations, we reserve the right to suspend your booking privileges.
- Cancellation of ChangeIf there are any changes to the itinerary or the number of participants, or if you need to cancel, please call us at least three days before the tour.
